We approached Willen Hospice with an idea to promote their Adopt-a-Swan scheme; we would hide the soft toy swans throughout the building, so the walkthrough would become a virtual treasure hunt. In addition, the team from Willen Hospice told me that one of the most common things they hear from new patients is “I wish I had known how nice it was here before I arrived”. We knew that a virtual tour was one way to help accomplish that.
