Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to UK and Eire residents only, excluding employees of Visual Realms Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
  2. Competitions are open to all ages. Entrants under the age of 18 confirm, by entering the competition, that they have permission from their parent/guardian to do so. If the winner is under the age of 18, a parent/ guardian adult will have to receive the prize on behalf of the minor, parental/guardian consent will be required for any publicity and, if the competition includes attending a specific venue, a parent/ guardian may be required to accompany the winner to the venue. Proof of age may be required.
  3. To Enter: Entrants must enter via the method stated in the competition details and by the closing date stated in the competition details. All entries must be received by this date to be included in the draw.
  4. Only one entry per entrant is allowed.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected within 30 days under independent supervision from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  7. The winner will be notified within 5 working days of the draw date via the phone number or email address provided on entry and will have 28 days to respond. Those not contactable via reasonable means or not responding within the stated timeframe may be disqualified and then prize reallocated to an alternate entrant.
  8. Incomplete, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to postal reasons or otherwise.
  9. No bulk, third party or organized group entries will be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the entrant.
  10. By entering, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity and agree that the name of the winner may be published for promotional purposes. Winners will be published on the competition page of the website visualrealms.co.uk
  11. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent through you ticking the consent box on the entry form. We will not share your social media handles on social media-exclusive competitions where no form is completed for entry.
  12. For winner’s name and county, please email competition@visualrealms.co.uk within 30 days of the closing date of the competition.
  13. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  14. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  15. The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
